Applying NBI Clearance

STEPS IN APPLYING NBI CLEARANCE

Step 1. Application Form

                   1. Present two (2) "valid" ID;

                        a. Company ID
                        b. Current School ID
                        c. Voter's ID
                        d. Postal ID
                        e. Driver's License
                        f. P.R.C. License
                        g. Valid Passport
                        h. Valid ATM card with Picture
                        i. GSIS e-card
                        j. SSS I.D. with Picture
                        k. PhilHealth ID
                       (In case absence of any of the above, a birth certicate issued by NSO may be presented)
                       * for Alien applicant, please apply in our Head Office in Manila

                   2. Fill-up the Form

Step 2. Cashier

                   1. Pay the following amount to the cashier;

                          Php 115 for Local Employment/Travel Abroad and other Requirements,
                          Php 165 for Change Name/Business Permit/Firearms License/Permit to Carry Firearms/PR and DOTC Requirements

　
Step 3. Encoding

                     Please check the encoded items on the screen, make sure you pay attention.
                     Any item misspelled will cause you problems in the future.

Step 4. Bio-Metric Fingerprint/Image-Capture               

                    Please wear shirts with colar.

Step 5. Releasing

                   You can get your clearance if you have a clean record. People who get a HIT you
                    would be back after 2 weeks to get your clearance or be interviewed, either way.
